Is it possible to change to a different AM in Max Bounty?

Because mine has disappeared like a ghost.... In fact I can't get ANYONE on the line at Max Bounty. I got accepted about a week ago and I couldn't go online at the moment so my AM told me she would send me an email. They never sent me anything...No welcome..NOTHING. I've left two voice mails with my AM, No call back......I've tried to reach her on AIM....she's never online....I've tried to talk to the operator and I got their voice mail on 4 or 5 different occasions...I haven't been able to speak to a single person since I was accepted a week ago. All I ever get is voice mails!!

The only thing I have received is two "autoresponse" type emails which tell me that I have to call to be accepted but I already called and was ALREADY ACCEPTED! And when I respond to those...you guessed it..no response back....

Is is possible to change to a different AM? If so, can somebody recommend a Name and number/extension?

    mail Steven Sauve and hopefully he will resolve your issue i never experienced such issues my AM is very responsive

      Keep trying or try peerfly or something instead. Maybe they are off sick or something or having some IT issues

      HI,

      I have the same issue like robo916. I can't reach my affiliate manager since last 2 days and called him more than 5 times. I need a cooperation to reach through my AM and sent you a PM & Email describing my issue. I am hopeful to get a cooperation soon.

    Typically it's not a problem, just contact someone there to ask
