Promoting popular or unpopular offers?
Hi,
I have a very simple question.
I read many times here on the forum that it's recommended to ask your affiliate manager what offers work well on FB (if you want to run a FB campaign for example).
I get that point, but I was wondering-The offers which run best on FB are probably also the offers most people use (because they also ask their affiliate manager or so).
Doesn't that mean that promoting a 'well running offer' also means that others run the offer at the same time, which might lead to lower clicks and banner blindness?
Especially with PoF I can see that happening since most people just promote dating offers (imagine everyone would promote RichMen.com at the same time)...
What's your opinion on that? What is better- Promoting offers which performed well in the past (but might be promoted by many people at the same time) OR promoting less popular offers?
