Need advice on facebook weightloss ad approval

I know this issue has probably been discussed million times before, as facebook ad approval is hard enough, let alone posting a weight loss ad for approval.

And yes I've studied the Facebook ad guide lines, I just want some advice from people who get their weight loss ads approved without the use of cloaking or bait and switch.

Send the ad to a blog post or page and PRESELL your potential buyer with a review. This is what I do a lot of the times and it usually seems to get approved.

Also set up an autoresponder and offer something to the person visiting your site so that you can at least get a lead that you can sell to with your mailing sequence.

    I hope that helps,

So you setup a blog/page between the ad and your landing page?

It's very difficult especially with the images. Many of the ones you see up there have a huge budget so facebook lets it slide. The best way might be to build a very good track record if you're a new account. If you cant do that and you're dead set on this might have to switch up the lander.

Yes I recommend setting up a Wordpress blog and then do several post Weight Loss related and then do a DETAILED REVIEW...

Write Pro's and Con's of the product and exactly why it is a product you recommend etc.

If you can do that you will get approved. But it is important that you have a autoresponder to capture the leads because they have shown an interest in losing weight so your going to need to follow up on them.

I do this all the time in weight loss and various other niches and it works fine. Depending on your budget you could always set up a GetResponse autoresponder and then buy say 200 leads and then write your ad something like this:

    USA/UK/CAN/AUST ONLY!
Here are 100 Weight Loss Tips
    blah blah blah blahblah ab

That way the majority of those that sign up are from those countries and you will have 200 built for you leads. You can then send them to your blog for various articles and build up trust and rapport and then recommend the product.

I actually think this may be the better route to go for you. Your just going to need a slightly bigger budget.

So it's not a squeeze page then. How do you ask for their email? In the sidebar, popover, at the end of the review etc?

      Cool! Thanks for sharing!
So if the product you ideally wanted to promote was "Fat Burner 101" - you do not mention that in your ad really do you? The focus of the ad is just a general weight loss ad to get them to your review site right? Would FB like this better since it appears less "spammy"?

Anyone else can answer! Feel free Cheers

What's the actual offer? Is it something that actually gives value or a rebill?
