CPA offer for 15 mile radius ONLY?
I have a friend who has set up a landing page for a construction company. He only wants to get leads in a 15 mile radius. I believe he attempted PPC but its just not his role or focus. He is a legitimate guy, has a crazy idea wont work. He wants someone to generate leads to his page, and if he gets a job... give them a big commission, so if he signs a 20k contract give the affiliate $1,500 bucks or something. He has told me hes even willing to pay for marketing once they prove they are capable....
Is this a realistic thing to do, or wasting time thinking about it? Thanks.
