Hi,

I'm trying to redirect from my Wordpress page to the offer's page- So no landing page, just redirecting. But somehow I really don't get how that works.
I already read a post about it from Luke's Peerfly blog and I also tried this code: <meta HTTP-EQUIV="REFRESH" content="0; url=http://www.yourdomain.com/index.html">

... doesn't work. Can somebody please explain me how I can redirect?

Thanks!

    If you want to use a simple redirection, you can just create a php file with this piece of code:

    PHP Code:
    <?php

    header
    ("Location:http://www.yoursite.com");

    ?>
    Obviously, replace yoursite.com with your link (the aff link).

      Thanks! And where can I put that code? Just as a blog post?

    No, it should be a php file like "redirection.php".

    Open the notepad, put the code I gave you and save it with the name above (use the quotes qhen saving to make .php the extension of the file). Then, upload the file to your server. When you access www.yoursite.com/redirection.php you will be sent to the aff link.

        Oh, no, the site needs to be on your on server (you need to buy a hosting account). It's not possible to do this if you're not hosting your own site.

        It can be possible to do it with wordpress using HTML redirection, but I'm not sure on how you should proceed.

    Yes, you need a hosting account to set up P202. owever, if you prefer you can use Tracking202, which is the same but self-hosted.

    I'd recommend staying away from GoDaddy, they have really bad service.

    It's hard to insert code into your WordPress pages, so what I suggest you do is install Pretty Link to mask your affiliate links:
    Mask Your Affiliate Links on WordPress with Pretty Link

    That will allow you to create a link you can use to redirect to your affiliate link. For example, if you're promoting our Hulu email submit you could make it so whateveryourdomainis.com/hulu redirects to your PeerFly affiliate link.

    It's really simple and works great

    Are you an affiliate that runs PPV advertising? You need my PPV target scraper!

      Pretty Link links are no good for use on Pinterest! They are considered spam.

        I believe that would depend on the domain you are using for your WordPress...

    For redirecting out of a wordpress page, you may consider using Javascript. Otherwise, there are plugins to enable PHP in posts, though it certainly wouldnt be the quickest solution.

    Yes there are redirect plug-ins for wordpress. Depending on your host provider... if allowed you can use redirect from your C-panel... P.S. Hostgator has a problem with this on wordpress sites. Plugins: Quick Page/Post Redirect Plugin By Don Fischer or Redirection by Godley (my favorite)
