High Pay out CPA offers?

I've been looking into advertising some of the CPA offers with high pay outs. I've done alright with email/zip/first page submits, but $80-340 per lead( usually injury law of some sort,) is definitely intriguing. When looking at the EPC, and CTR's for these offers, they are ridiculously high- but I'm almost certain the traffic sources, and targeting parameters for these leads are a closely guarded secret. I'm wondering if anyone has had any success promoting these types of offers, and has some advice they'd be willing to part with. I'm definitely down for a challenge, but chasing a "fools errand," I am not

Talk to your affiliate manager and find out what is required for those high CPAs.

Most likely you will find it's pies in the sky. At least I have not found one of those higher paying CPA offers worth sending traffic.

Some of them are trying to target a universe of 20,000 people. That means 20k people are affected from some kind of condition and then you are trying to get those.

Main problem with most of these offers: The really hot leads are victims of some kind of medication or surgery. That means you are talking about people that have given up long ago.

"Dead men don't wear plaid" as it says so nicely in the movie and almost dead mean (or women) ain't filling out forms, especially not long form that lawyers have messed with.

Imagine you have some kind of depression, eat a bunch of pills and then you get a baby with two heads or something... you would certainly not be in a mood to fill out a long form with fine print and then risking that some lawyers hammer your with phone calls.

Well I am struggling to look for good, real and legitimate traffic sources besides google adwords, bing ads, and facebook, pinterest and other commonly cited kinds of traffic. Do you have traffic source to recommend from other providers like that is cheap and affordable and highly legitimate, so I will be like buying traffic in huge copious quantities and sending them to my landing pages, lead magnet, preframe the customer then ask them to give me their email address, and I earn 1 dollar from every email address i received for a CPA program offer.

So all I need is traffic and a great CPA program that pays $1-1.50 per lead ie email i get.

      Thanks in advance.

      Best regards,
      Samuel Tan

Never tried those niches myself, but they're fairly easy to rank looking at clients' results, so might be worth a shot.

Thanks for all the replies. I decided to try Facebook ads with a drug injury CPA offer that pays $340 per lead, with few creatives, targeting the demographic most likely to be prescribed the drug. I have a couple of $50 Ad vouchers laying around, so I won't be out of any money for the "test." I'll use the results to hone the campaign, or determine it not viable. If anyone is interested, I'll post the results here.

That's because these markets are criminally profitable. To produce a box of pills cost a dollar or so and they sell them for about 100... But then again, do you really want to make money that way and feed the crims? I wouldn't!

You'll need extremely targeted traffic, and your demographics, that is people that might be interested in the offer, is going to be much smaller then you're average CPA offer. With that said, yes there's a lot of $$ in these offers and some are making a killing.

Higher paying offers cost more money to test, that is the biggest different.

So make sure you have a good budget and don't skimp on teating.

Best way, in my experience, to take advantage of these high payout offers is to build a small "Eco system" surrounding subject niche.

This takes a little bit of time to build, and does not revolve on a specific offer -- but, rather, a niche.

So, for "X" niche, you'll build 2 or 3 sites (or blogs) revolving around a certain sub-topic of "X" niche. These sites will be for Organic (SEO) traffic purposes. On them, you can overtly or subtly promote your offers.

Then you'll build a series of landing pages to test on Paid traffic sources such as CPV/PPV, PPC, and Media Buys.

Of course, you'll be capturing leads, so you'll also build an autoresponder series with follow ups and cross promotions -- all pointing to the high payout offer or complimentary offer.

Naturally, there's more to it... but I'm sure you get the idea.

The competition for this is negligible as no one really does this. And the end result is you getting an on going stream of traffic AND conversions which are the keys to online success.

    I'm signed up on Adscendmedia.
The highest paying offers are usually contests, for country France paying upto $25/lead.
The latest TnC update of Adscendmedia states that we're not allowed to market any offers as contests with context to prizes those offers claim to offer.

So all this seems a bit weird, correct me if I'm wrong.
Check policies of your CPA network, if you're using any beforehand. If you're marketing such offers directly as affiliate.

I know this isn't exactly the solution to what you're looking for, just a tip.

Building an email list is a good way to go.
The high end offers usually require long forms and CC submit so its betteryo build a list of targeted subscribers and you can promote more than one CPA Offer.

just like others have said, I would skip high payout offers if you are relying on $50 coupons!

There is money to be made with CPA offers without trying to skin the 'highest paying, most elusive' type offers. I have found email marketing to CPA offers to work for me. Not only am I building a list, but I can direct clicks to offers for months after an initial traffic buy.

Just my 2 cents and I'm no pro....into my 4th month doing CPA marketing.
    Results for last month below:
