I Have Problems with Wolf Storm Media - Are They At Holiday Since 2 Weeks Ago?

I have problems with my account in Wolf Storm Media, I can't sign in, can't retrieve my password. I can't apply.

When I try to apply, it says "Duplicate affiliate contact"

When I try to sign in with my email adress, it says "no login found for xxx@xxxxxx.xxx

I have contacted the support team with no answer yet after several weeks.

Are they at holiday these weeks??

Can anyone at Wolf Storm Media help me??

    No we are not on Holiday. We are always online and available via Email, AIM, Skype and phone. I just checked and we have responded to all of the emails you've sent and all in a timely manner. I apologize that you're not receiving our replies. It's possible they are in your spam folder.

    It sounds like your account was deactivated for inactivity which we do for security purposes to prevent affiliates from selling their dormant accounts. Your best bet is to reapply and if you are getting a duplicate contact message simply use another email address.
