Newbie in PPV needs some tips

So I now understand how to create LP, setup tracking, target URL. Spent almost 48 hours straight trying to learn the most I can from CPVden, WF, kjrocker's blog, but mostly learned from Internet Power Income by Jesse Sbicca and Luke's blog. Special Thanks to them.

As a starter, how many campaign should be tested? KJ told me to have daily spending on each campaign no more than 3x of the payout. Minimum daily spending on LI is $5 and most email/zip submits are $1.20-$1.60.

Should I test 5 different types of campaigns to learn from it? What is a good number of campaigns? If I did 5, that will be $25, so within 8 days, the initial deposit on LI, which is $200 will be saturated if I don't have any ROI. Is 8 days long enough to learn from it?

How many tests should I try and how many days should I test it for?

  • For me, I usually select 4-5 similar offers in the same vertical to promote and split test at a time to find which offer converts good.

    I suggest you to stay away from email/zip submit because these offers are scrubbing and shaving like hell. Short-form is better.

  • IMO by doing 5 campaigns at a time you will loose focus, Its not about keep on creating campaigns and dumping those who don`t convert you wont be able to find a successful one , Best bet is to do proper demographics research , create multiple landing pages and test different things like lets say lets say you are not getting enough CTR what you should do is to try out different scripts , Count down timers , Sounds , etc and see what can get you clicks and then improve you landing pages even more , If you are not getting more clicks to your offer your problem is CTR , two reasons 1. Your landing pages 2. Targets also not only lps try direct linking too ..
