I suggest starting out with LeadImpact. The bid prices vary, but overall it's pretty cheap per view and they have some great traffic. You should take a look through this thread:

Personally, I like Trafficvance and then lead impact as my second choice
Prices differ and range by keywords/target/url

Trafficvance is not good for beginners. Because they will require minimum $1000 to start with.

I prefer LeadImpact as well. While you need to put 200 down to start they are the top Video network out there.

BTW, you need to deposit $200 for the first time using credit card but after that they accept Paypal and you can deposit $20 at a time

Trafficvance has the most traffic. But each network actually reacts different with different types of offers. Take a small budget and test on the top 3 and see how it works for you. After that you can see where you need to scale up at.

But really hard to say cause each traffic is different with different types of offers.

I`d highly recommend you to start with leadimpact or if you can afford traffic Vance is a good network too about prices they mainly depend on niche and competition again CTR on landers depends on how precisely you are targeting your demos .

  Lead Impact is the way to go. Once you get some experience and money under your belt, I would give Traffic Vance a try.
  
  Traffic Vance does have a $1000 entry point. This is put in place to ensure only serious clients use their service.
  
  I am personally a fan of paid traffic vs. SEO in the beginning of a marketing campaign. Good Luck!
