How do you use PPV traffic to build a list?

I want to learn how to use PPV to build my list. But I am not interested in CPA. It seems like, when people talk about PPV it's always related to CPA.

Is there away to build my list(IM niche) without joining CPA networks?

Thanks
Ron

Yes you don't have to do CPA, but the IM niche may not be the best for PPV.

Internet marketers are not the type of people that have PPV pop-ups happening on their computers.

    It's possible for sure..
The biggest thing (IMO) to get someone to opt-in to your list is you need to show them you are providing value and they are better off by being on your list then not being on it..

It's possible if you're going to popup your landing page on 'Work from home' sites.

PPV is a good method to build a list. Lets offer something for visitors and persuade them to enter their email to get it.

You can definitely build a list, you will have to advertise or market same way people do for CPA.

You will need do draw people attention (like CPA Landing pages do) so people can opt into your list.

I don't dabble in "list building"... I feel it is a waste of time - "time" that be better used to scope out the most profitable methods and platforms to launch PPC campaigns

But, in response to your question, It certianly is possible to use PPV to build a list.. I mean, why not? Millions of people make their bread and butter just from using that method alone.

Here's something that I've tested that you would definitely want to test.

If you do PPV list building, make sure to put the opt-in box DIRECTLY on the popup.

I've seen huge differences in cpl in the two split tests I've done, (not your market).

I was surprised how many people were willing to give away their email from the minimal info on the landing page, but it worked very well for me.

    I've gotten $1-4/lead this way (single opt-in), and I'm not a veteran.

You may already know this, but just in case...

      Hey Skyzero.
How is your cpv journey going?
Met you via that case study (ppv with leadimpact) thread.
      I just started cpv also.
Question. What type hosting are you using for your landing pages. shared or vps.
interested in hearing how another cpv newbie is getting on.

Any other questions though (not relevant to TheNewGuy's Post), feel free to hop back over to the case study thread. I'll answer anything I can.

This is the only course I have ever bought on PPV and I'm currently getting optins in the MMO niche for less than $1/optin.
