CPA n Revshare?

Our organization provides complete web based services. In 2013, we want to take our company to next level. For that, I feel CPA/REV SHARE or may be both are best platform to generate some quick leads.
I just have an overview of these services but no hand on experience. So, I need few companies/ad network agencies list which are offering these services at low cost. We have just 100 to 200$ budget for the experimentation. Once we are confident about the CPA/REV SHARE services then we wont hesitate to invest more on CPA newtork.
In REV SHARE, We are happy to offer 5% - 10% or may be more. It all depends upon how business is generated via leads.
