[Case Study (Failed)] Newb Facebook Campaign - Need Constructive Expert Feedback Plz

Hello,

I want to share this campaign I just ran to help myself and others.
I hope many people can benefit from me sharing the screen shots.

Please see pics below for a self explanation of the campaign.
So $38 was spent over a couple of hours over these 3 campaigns.

Calculations Summary
Offer Payout = $1.80 per email submit
Total Earnings = 2x $1.80 = $3.60
Total Clicks = 29 + 11 + 23 = 63 clicks
Total Cost = $38
Overall CPC = $38 / 63 clicks = $0.60
EPC = $3.60 / 63 = $0.06

According to MaxBounty (See Pic)
Total Clicks to Offer = 28
Leads = 2
Earnings = $3.60
Thus EPC = $0.13

So (63 - 28=) 35 clicks are missing from MaxBounty... why is that? Or Facebook charged me 35 clicks to many?? haha

This was my first try at Facebook ads, I've no real clue what I am doing. So please feel free to provide as much CONSTRUCTIVE feedback as desired

I do not know why the bids would not load when i was taking the pictures. But my Max Bids were at the top end of Facebooks suggested bids at the time.

Please help with any or all of:
  1. What would you do next?
  2. Do I give up on this campaign?
  3. Should I throw more money at it to see if the CTR picks up or I get more conversions?
  4. Should I run it at a different time of the day? (it was early morning in the US)
  5. Why are 35 clicks missing from MaxBounty
  6. Have I targetted too much? Too Little?
  7. Do I have enough data to conclue anything?
  8. What am I doing majorly wrong?
  9. Please provide any sort of constructive feedback
I do not really feel like losing more money with out any further direction

Cheers

    Using the word 'Survey' in the title is a big turnoff.It scares people away.You should avoid using such words and you're targeting way too many people.

    1.Change the Ad Title/Ad Body/Image.
    2.Narrow down your targeting and keep testing.

      ok cool thanks!

      What would you suggest instead of Survey? Just drop it? I thought to have it in there so they dont get to the offer LP and are surprised and do not convert.

      1. Change them to what?
      2. Do you mean add more interests? So I have a lower target audience? How many people should I target?

      Thanks

        Regarding Clicks. I guess there can be several reasons for such difference.
        A. MaxBounty updates stats every hour or so. So when you had stats from FB it doesn't mean that MB will immediately show it.
        B. FB users may click by mistake and close the window asap, so MB just won't really get any clicks.

        The easiest way is to talk to MB support.They should definitely know why your stats have such difference. But to tell the truth, I wouldn't worry for now. You started really good! Move on and increase your leads.

    Even if you consider your epc as 0.13. It is a long way away from the 0.60 cpc that would be your break even point.

    Are you even testing multiple ads, headlines to get the best ctr possible? You havent mentioned your ctr in your post.

    Razul, I suggest you to perform split testing with each and every aspect of the ad, only then can you find winners and keep scaling.

      yeah my EPC sucks. thats why im looking for help haha.

      The CTR's are in each picture. They are all around 0.030% - which equally sucks...

      Yeah makes sense, but that's limitless permutations. I need more focus/guidance. Like after how many clicks should I stop the ad? Am I targetting too many people?
      Should my first goal be to create an ad with a higher CTR?

      Thanks anyone
