How much are you paying per click?

Curious to see what you guys are paying for your CPC... what do you think is a reasonable rate?

Obviously it will vary from niche to niche, which I don't need to know... I'm mainly looking for a group average.

..So.. how much does a click cost you?

You have my thanks in advance.

The only CPC campaign I'm running right now is a retargeting campaign for my blog. For the past 30 days my average CPC is $0.09.

Yeah, I know, I see your face on every website I go to :-P

Sometimes the banners look a little creepy with just your eyes like you're watching me wherever I go! :-P

I don't understand your question? Someone could be paying $1 on Adwords and $0.02 on 7search - yet still be getting much better value for money on Adwords.

There is no way to get a useful group average.

If you give us a niche and traffic source, then we might be able to give you a decent average.

But even then things can change with an ad with a good CTR.

There are lots of factors for CPC. The CPC will be higher on Google than other places. A product with high competition will have a higher CPC than a product with low competition.

I don't really focus on CPC I look at epc more.. But a few examples of what I have right now:
    Campaign 1 - $0.03-0.25 per click
    Campaign 2 - $0.12-0.20 per click
    Campaign 3 - $0.30-0.50 per click

If you're wondering why the range, some keywords are cheaper than others

i got 1 facebook campaign running at the moment, promoting my cake recipe blog.
    i have targeted USA/CANADA/UK/AUS only, and i pay 0,01$ a click with a daylimit of 2$.
I get 200 visits a day, got adsense on the blog earning around 1-2$ a day, sh#t is also going viral trough my blog's fanpage, got around 3k natural likes on it and growing. So basically i don't pay anything because its earning itself back, but i am also not making any profit off it, because this project started off as a legit blog not a moneyblog, i work as a pastry chef myself so i got enough to write about hehe. It's nice to see something going good by itself, even if i am not milking it in any way.

    cheers

i think the price of each click dependes to the keyword and the location you want , for example you must pay alot of money for ky ' insurance ' for U.S visitors .

i buy around $1.4 each CPC from adwords while i sell $0.5 - $3 each CPC but the traffic has high quality

Like Chris said, EPC is where you should be looking however an average for our media buys is around 0.68.

It depends on the niche, platform, adblock, website, banner / text design

You ask the wrong question, Sir....
What you should be asking: What is your ROI on PPC advertising?
