Offline Landing Pages For Adwords

Hi I am looking to set up landing pages with good quality score for offline clients.

I have 3 questions:
1) What things (content / images / links) would I need to make Google happy?

2) Is there any wordpress templates / plugins or even out sourcing for setting up such pages?

3) Does anyone have any good offline examples to share?

    Content, content, content. Make the site a regular website with an active blog, and place a squeeze box in the right toolbar.

    Also your niche can make a big difference.

    You can get away with a lot more stuff for lawyers then you can for fitness gurus.

    2) Is there any wordpress templates / plugins or even out sourcing for setting up such pages?
    Nearly any template can work. Look for the best style that fits the niche. Be sure to keep it clean.

    Check out TemplateForest.com or do a Google search for free templates.

    Don't outsource your work unless you want a crap page.

    3) Does anyone have any good offline examples to share?
    No just online.

      It depends on the target audience and keywords.

      Minimum two per ad group for split testing.

      I once made a landing page that was for german visitors. In some cities it converted well, in others it didn't...

      Google Page Speed was 98, under 860ms loading time,...

      The ab (Apache Benchmark) was pretty good, I have used serveral caching/optimizing techniques for the Apache webserver (mod_deflate, mod_headers, mod_expires, ...)

      There are several things I always do when building a landing page:

      1.

      a very fast landing page, which means valid html, using css sprites, minifying/combining css files (only 1 css file to load), minifying/combining js files (only 1 js file to load), compressed graphics, optimize everything to the maximum, ... ...

      Google Page Speed score should be 95+

      2.

      market research, which means for me... check the landing pages of your competitors, find color schemes that would fit, check actual landing page examples, ...

    The landing pages will need the basics such as a privacy policy/TOS etc. In regards you quality score.. there is a lot to it that Id suggest doing research on. Creating targeted ad groups, related URLs, working on getting a good CTR, etc.
