Are ALL Facebook Ad Reviewers in the US?

Or are some of the reviewers in other countries?

ive heard they're from US. i've also heard they are or already have branched to different countries. sorry, don't really know

I am not sure if all of them come from US. But for sure, it's more serious in Europe and USA. It's much harder to get approved when I target to European country. And when I log in my Facebook in Hong Kong, there are lots of ads related to sex ( cartoon), and title as well. So it maybe make sense becasue some of ABC is not that familiar to local culture.
