For Bizoops i like Guru Media Neverblue , A4D , WSM , Peerfly and Maxbounty are also good networks

It isn't that confusing really - I didn't say it is not working, although it is true that many networks have gone to the wall and others have cut down the niches they will accept. I asked if people agreed if the bubble had burst. CPA has changed and I was interested to hear others views on the subject.

Regarding which CPA network is the best, I don't really think there is one that is the "best." I always recommend using more than one network so you have access to more offers. You will also be able to test the same offer (when applicable) among different networks to see which converts the best.

For biz op offers though, I recommend MaxBounty, PeerFly and Neverblue.

You can also go to OfferVault.com and search through available offers before joining networks.

Not a bad suggestion but the OP should weigh the reputation of the networks listed and not just jump on the campaign with highest CPA. There's much to be said for knowing you'll get paid versus hoping you get paid.

@davidtye - Are you looking to promote others' offers, or to put your offer out to a network?

With regard to either situation, I would suggest spreading your work across multiple networks.

In addition to the networks already mentioned, also ensure you hit up HitBuyer. They have some great Biz-Op offers on board, internally run some offers, and have very high quality traffic.

They also run many of the offers that other networks promote.
