I have been thinking and looking for the best affiliate that I can promote from my region. Any insight?

I know of some mobile pin subs in South Africa, Kenya, and possibly Nigeria

I don't think I ever saw any CPA program for Ghana. However check out offervault or odigger.

  Maybe it's too late, but I believe answer will be valuable for other members.
  
  There are some profitable affiliate program in Ghana, but I don't think you can find them in some international affiliate networks etc.
  GH WEB market is not so matured like in USA/EU, affiliate marketing is making first baby steps there.
  
  There some big e-commerce sites dedicated for GH market and they suggest good affiliate programs. Contact me for more details.

Another note on oDigger you can search by country, which is really helpful country specific situations. It is the first place I turn.
