Is CPAlead legit?

I am asking because i applied to them today. And they accept my application so quickly. And they even didn't ask me about my basic information. Sometime we need to make call but cpalead just suddenly accept me. It made me greatly surprised.

They auto-approve a lot of people based on their applications.

Cpalead is an incentive network. Therefor cpalead don't required to verify your account.

I don't work with incent offers, but they're one of the most famous CPA networks in this field and I haven't seen many complaints about them lately, so I assume they're serious.

Yeah I know it is incentive network. But I do have problem with their UI system. I saw there is survey panel available. There so many surveys are available according to the countries. But let me ask question if any fellows are currently working with them then please guide me how to activate survey? Is it widget? or some sort of HTML code with my referral link?

cpa lead support team is not giving response and neither they provided their contact information and there help desk is currently in under construction status. I am having great issue with their system. I am using blog and where people can download some files of their mobiles phones. I wanted them to complete surveys in order to download any files or in other words i wanted to use content locker tool. But when i apply this tool with my link it gives me some code with <script> form and they instruct me to put it after <head> or before from </head> now I am very confused because those files which have to be provided to my visitors are on other website like hot files. Now how can i use it. Will i put in on my blog? or some other place? Or is there any link available that can be used to direct my visitor to complete survey then take them back to their desired download page? Anyone from cpalead can help me please in this regard.

Yes you are right! I tried to make contact with him and it took more than 4 or 5 days. But no response from other side. I can't wait because my time is so precious. Therefore i thought i might get some help right here at warrior forum... :/
