Making money on YouTube possible?

Is anyone here making money on YouTube?

If yes, what kind of offers are you promoting and what kind of videos are you using? And are you using any methods to promote the video?

I've been trying to make money on YouTube for 2 months now. I have 50+ videos up, a few of them have 2000+ clicks but so far I only made around 40$ with it (email submits).

Thanks!

No I am not currently making money with youtube. My husband has a youtube channel and I wish that he could make some more money off it. He makes a bit with adsense but so far he has very little in his account. Hopefully one day he will be able to make more.

    Try more niched videos.

Build them around stuff that converts better. I like gaming CPA offers, or building my own lists.

Grab a good CPA offer and review it on YouTube. Link back to your site and hope fully it will convert.

I make money from YouTube mainly from Partners account (adsense).

I don't really have a specific niche i target, anything good, with lots of reasonable traffic,
good competition level is ok by me.

Upload videos frequently and consistently, many of them will continue to bring you traffic from day to day for years to comes.

You can either make money by making really interesting videos and using google ads or like someone earlier said make a lot of niche videos and have your cpa/offer link watermarked or in the description.

Another good method is searching for videos in your niche and contacting the owner, ask them if they would be willing to place your link in their description for some $$ per month

      That's means it's getting saturated.

Try a different offer. I wouldn't read into it too much.

      Keep testing new offers.

    Thanks!

Regarding niche or gaming offers.. don't they just get too few views to convert well? usually everything about music, celebrities or tutorials gets a lot more, don't they?

copyright is a big problem for these. try to find amateur videos. example a video from a trip, car racing, drift videos, gameplay tutorials etc or the best and the hardest way make your unique videos. if you can get attention you can make serious money.

Yes you can. I have and still do. It all depends on how you employ Youtube. You need to put together a good strategy and execute it.

    Hi again,

What do you guys think about buying views and/or likes on Fiverr?
Does that bring anything? Do you do that? Thanks!

Getting Views from fiverr are waste of time. Because all are fake views.
But Promoting your Products through Videos is a good idea.
If you have a good products, you can promote through Ad agency or fiverr or yourself in the vidoe. Your leads will be increased soon.

A lot of people are doing clickbank review videos, I'm surprised nobody has mentioned that yet. It is competitive, but I hear quality or more important than quantity.

Tip: If you have 300 youtube videos and you got AT LEAST 10 view each video then you have 3000 views total. But if you scale it up and uploaded 1,000 and each videos get AT LEAST 10 views you get 10,000 views.

Now, imagine if all your videos gets 100-200 views daily! And on top of that you put cpa offer in your description!

      My thoughts exactly.

They decide to Ban your videos all your views and traffic are gone.

No use in building your business on sand.

It's still a "Thin" business model in my opinion.

And more of a Spammy technique then just doing traditional Media Buying.

    And too time consuming.

Also no control over optimizing when the Merchant says the Leads aren't backing out on their end...

But to each his own, if it works well for you go for it.

    Best of Luck.

Mabye bulding a list first using YouTube traffic would be better. Never tried that approach, but building a list is definitely something I want to try.

If someone can't afford paid traffic, it is a good starting point.

But it also can work well for certain niches. And it is easy to not get videos banned, just don't post stuff Youtube doesn't like.

I've been generating 1,500+ uniques a day for over 3 years now, with about 3 months of work.

For someone starting out, or trying to enter a competitive paid traffic niche. It can work well.

But I understand where you are coming from.
