    A low media buying budget could be around 5k.

    If you are to going directly through the websites it could be however small you want.

    $10 isn't enough budget to advertise anywhere.

    You need more of a budget to get some real data.

    You can start with sitescout rtb with $500, buysellads.com also sells ads placement from $100+ per month. You can always use google display network and set your budget there. Lots of people here wants to monetise their websites, they may give you good bargain for $10. Some of these sites got adsense ban so beware the click fraud.

    Media buying is the high end stuff. You won't get anywhere with $10.

    If your budget is $10 then you should be looking at places like Facebook, Buysellads, things like that.

    Honestly though, you won't even scrape the surface with $10. It's not enough to do any meaningful testing at all so you'd likely just lose it.

    P.S. What's with you selling Facebook email addresses in your sig? Surely that ain't legal...

    If you have a budget like $10 I'd suggest you to do direct buys. Which means that you should search for websites where you'd like to promote your product and contact the admin. You can agree in a montly fee which you should pay to have your ads on his/her website. This would be cheaper than you go to websites which are selling ad spaces.
