My Incent.ly Offers not Converting

Hi!
I am wondering about how to make the offers convert. I have good traffic and people are filling out the offers.. but Im not getting the credit for them. I guess I really don't understand how the incentives work. For example. I have one offer that says 21% CR. Does that mean that roughly 1 in 5 or 21% will convert.
If it is an email submit and 10 people are putting in their emails. Shouldn't I expect to get credit for 10 conversions?

If it helps..the EPC is .27

Can someone break this down for me. I have Googled this but I can't find a clear explanation.

Thank you so much in advance.

If your conversion rate is 21% then that means that 21% (just over 1 out of 5) people that see your locker and click on an offer are actually filling out the survey and putting in their emails.

Well, its not just an email they have to fill in to complete the lead.. Usually after they put their email address and hit submit, they are redirected to next page, where they have to fill in more personal infomation, incl. phone number and so.. So even if the company you send leads to, saying its simple email submit, its always more than that to complete the lead.

    Thanks Armix!
Luke, I have a question...its not my CR that is 21% ..it is t networks CR. So does that mean that for me if I have 20 visitors, I can expect to have 4 conversions..

That doesn't mean your traffic will convert at 21%, all it is, is a away for you to compare offers to other offers on the network when deciding what to run.

It is just a network average, so keep in mind it is usually generated by people who got the offer converting.

Since, if a user can't get it to convert they will only send a small account of the traffic then stop. Having little effect on the average.

But yeah it is a only a network average.

The network wide average is just a statistic and that does not mean you will see the same results, but it's usually a good sign that the offer is working well for other people.
