need help with CPVLab

Hi

maybe you guys have same problems with CPVlab like me.
Some offers don't show conversions at all, even if I want to add it by myself it with subID/revenue.
this is so frustrating when this happens. looks like offer a really great but I don't know how to optimize it to get better results.
other campaigns are fine just couple got that error.

best bet will be to contact cpvlab help desk they are always there even on Sundays also when you do it manually do you upload your sub ids in this format >> SUBID|revenue ??

and what network are you using and have you tested pixels first ? are u using postback or image pixel ?
