I don't recommend direct linking. Instead, create a squeeze page or presell and link to that. If it's relevant to the niche of your Page your fans will be more engaged and less likely to unlike

I have an authority site and among other things it links to offers. Now I want to create a FaceBook presence.

I could create a Fan page, post articles, interact with fans, etc. Now here is where it gets fuzzy for me. Do I have the option of, instead of a fan page, use an I-frame and put up a web site inside of a fan page? Or am I confusing this with something else?

I would seem that the interactivity of a fan page might be better than an I-framed web page. Would FaceBook give me cheaper traffic (or better quality traffic) for my offers located on one of these two choices?

Would love some feedback or insights on this.

FB is cutting down on that, so I'd use a landing page or a squeeze page. You can also create sweepstakes using sites like wishpond.com and then capture emails to send offers later.

When using fan pages you can't just think about getting fans and spreading offers, you have to be creative and elaborate a good strategy for your promotions.

Can wishpond be hooked into aweber? I'm wondering if they keep all the emails on there?
