Bingo Offers on Adwords

AD NETWORKS

Is it okay to direct link to bingo offers on Adwords? I created a new campaign where I'm direct linking to a free bingo offer, but Google has put it pending review as it's about gambling.

I read you had to have a gambling license or something to advertise gambling offers in the UK. Is this true? Will my ad be approved?

Not in 2013. Gambling is not allowed. Google is very strict with approval. And in general you will have a hard time with direct linking to cpa offers.

Yeah Adwords will not allow it.

I don't think Bing Ads does either, but you should be ok on 7Search.

That would be a fast way to get a ban.

Gambling is very tough on AdWords. Even on FB it isn't simple.

If you don't have good experience with PPC or good guidance, I suggest you to pick a different niche to begin with.

To touch up on this - Not a good idea.
For most offers ran on a 1st tier PPC network you will also need a full landing page, privacy policy, etc to even be compliant. In this case, Bingo wouldn't be a good bet. Not to mention costs would be through the roof for most everything.

I run Bingo on adwords.
Cant share how I do it, but lets just say its not obvious that the ad is about bingo.
Maybe this is how I got my ads approved.

Just wondering what the risk it once Google really takes a thorough look at my offer (ban,...) and also not sure about legal consequences promoting gambling in the UK.
Seems legal, but is it really? Or what are the requirements to promote Bingo in the UK. Anyone has some good info on this?

There is a good chance, personally I've done a lot of sneaky stuff to get around Google.

Nothing seems to last forever, but that isn't to say it wasn't worth my time.
