Best Out Sourcing Site?

There is guru.com which is rather like elance. You may be having trouble because you choose the lowest bid or perhaps you don't ask for native writers. Eg, if you want the work done in good english, you really need to choose a writer that is a native english speaker. This can be done by advising in your job description or by adding the criteria to the filter, at guru.com.

I use odesk, I think its good... make sure to find someone good and keep em...

IMO, people on odesk seem to work more professionally than people offering their services here on WF.... but than that's just my opinion...

Try digital forum ,wicked fire buy sell forums also warrior forum classifieds section

From other istes it could be really big pain ,And if yopu wnat to hire your own team specially filipino , than make sure you hire males or in case or females make sure they are not moms or you can hear excuses like "Sire gimme a little break my baby is crying " ....

I think it's because you never specified what you needed or required when you hired someone from the Philippines. You need to specify that in the job post. There are work at home moms whose kids are already in school so having their kids distract them wouldn't be a problem.

Fiverr has some 5$ outsources.. Low quality usually but for random stuff its cheap labor...just incase youve never used before. Excuse me if common knowledge im new just throwing out my experience.

I went through Elance when I was looking for someone to create my affiliate marketing website.

I think Elance has the best interface and is very user friendly. I like how they manage the transaction by providing you all the tools necessary to complete a successful job. I felt that Elance provided a safe environment for both parties (the party needing a job done and the party doing the job). The Escrow feature and Workroom with your ability to add attachments and so forth were great.

The Elance community is huge as well so it's probably the best place to start out.

But I do think there are obviously lower quality and higher quality firms offering their services so you will have to find one that is within your budget but also meets your particular standards of quality.

The only other one that I know of that has not been mentioned that might be worth checking out for small jobs is fiverr

Greedy, depends on what you need to get done. Elance is good for writers, Freelancer is good for coders, Warriors for hire is of course good for everything related to IM but is excellent for SEO related work and Fiverr is good for getting Social Media work done. Onlinejobs is good for VAs and yes Filipinos make very good employees for any tasks that may seem too repetitive for you.

Hey Greedy,

I don't have "alot" of experience using Elance and Freelancer - but my opinion of Odesk is quite high.

Couple things I enjoy about Odesk is that policies and monitoring capabilities (I don't know if Elance or Freelance have moved to this model).

If you're looking for long-term contractors abroad- this it where I would look.

My caution with all outsourcing projects is : don't ever put all your eggs in one basket. Hire multiple outsourced contractors and find which one works best with you on a smaller project before committing.
