    CPA stands for cost per action. When you promote a cpa offer you only get paid when your target completes an action.

    An action can be anything from filling in an email address, downloading something, or ordering a trial product, ect.

      You can join CPA Networks to get access to these offers. CPA Networks work as middle men before the advertiser and their offer, and you.

      so to make sure I have this correct. I am a vendor that has a video product to sell. So I can go to one of the cpa sites and try to get my product sold through a cpa for a big cut of the profit, or all of the profit.

    Yes, but CPA do not process payments you have to do that.

    Also not many places do it for all of the profit, that wouldn't be too good for you.
