We have 400,000 Youtube subscribers, how to monetise them with CPA?

Hey folks, one of our yt vids has gotten 14.5 million unique views and the channel has 400,000 subscribers.

We want to content lock new videos behind an incentivized cpa offerwall, anyone want to JV with us?

We need some good Cpa offers and a good content locking script.

    I would offer them maybe a download to something similar to the niche that they are all interested in, and content lock it. This could have great potential though, make the product worth the download so they complete it and will continue to complete it in the future. If you want I could help you out and refer you to a great network.

    You know you're just askin for pm's by putting this thread out here, right? You'll probably get a lot of people contacting you that just had dollar signs light up in their eyes.

    What should you do though?...

    There's thousands of choices. So match together offers/products that fit the niche you can promote.

    And if you really want to get fancy... Capture emails by building a list - the lifetime value will be much greater and you can always market to that list as much as you like

    Use content locking as your last resort as it doesn't always convert the best.

    I would try to find or create a product around your niche, build a list, and even test regular CPA first.

    i would recommend to you that try to build relation with the community and then later promote products on your videos. you can get good amount of money from product placement in your video.

    Do you mean to content lock your videos from your subscribers? I wouldn't think that is possible. And if you host your videos as unlisted so your subscribers don't get a notification (so that only those who go through a gate sees them) then you aren't leveraging those subscribers. I know if I had 400,000 subscribers I would be approaching this very differently.

    I wouldn't really advise you to start with content lock. Promote your-niche-related stuff and as someone said build a list along the way.

    You'd probably get better results and also have a long-term business running.
