NeoBux to Advertise CPA Offers

Has anyone used Neobux or any other PTC website to advertise CPA Offers. If so how successful were the conversations? Would any recommend using a PTC site to advertise CPA offers. Thank you in advance.

    Think about it, those people at neobux click on these links to earn 0.0005 $ per Click. So you really believe that these kind of traffic is any good ?
    If its not somehow related to PTC , the chances are you get 10000 Visitors, each and every single one wont stay longer then 5 seconds, so you better make sure to have an eyecatching SplashPage in order to get their attention.

      I don't about other PTC sites. But Neobux offers clicks for advertisers that require their members to view a site for certain amount of time ranging from 5 - 30 seconds. I think a well made splash page and video could be enough to get a email submit in the business opportunity niche? I could be wrong.
