I am wanting to put magic trick videos on my website and have a way for viewers to tip me if they enjoyed the videos. I thought CPA would be great for this but I have applied to two CPA networks weeks ago and never heard back. I am not sure if my content disqualifies me from certain CPA's. I get an average of two hundred visitors a day. I really would like to have something in place by October as this is my busiest money month for my art. Right now I am losing motivation to get more traffic as I have not figured out to monetize them yet. I got slapped by google so I can do adsense or youtube partner. Thanks so much for any advice.

You'll usually have to follow up with CPA networks yourself. Give them a call.

But warning most don't allow the traffic you are trying to run since "tipping" via CPA is considered incent. You'll need to find an incent CPA Network, something like Adsend Media.

An even better idea would be to offer an Amazon affiliate link, and tell them to use it for their next purchase. I believe this is still allowed on Amazon. (Check into it.)

Some famous podcasts were using this method to generate income.

    Good Luck!

    mormo,

Have you ever considered building products and content around the magic trick niche?

You seem to have videos that people are interested in.

You could teach them how to do magic tricks in an ebook, or video training.

There is many ways you can monetize this. Think bigger then pennies from adsense and youtube partnerships.

You can really build something sustainable here.

Thank you Greedy and JohnnyGood! I think incentive/content lock is the way to go! Stoked to get working with these networks!

Thank you Stuzilla for the words of encouragement! I'm no great magic mind so creating magic effects is pretty tough even though I have created one of them. I could partner up with an magic author to produce videos though so that is an option. There is public domain magic books I could hit up as well.

I do get many great compliments on my act. I've had pro magicians in the business 20 + years say they've never seen anything like what I do.

One thing I am considering is producing a marketing tool for magicians to give kids so they can get more gigs. I could produce this item for .10 - .16 cents a piece.

Thanks again for everyone's helpful advice!!
