Do affiliate managers get fired constantly?

I've played around with CPA off and on for a year or 2 now.. so that could be the cause of this..

But I've had 2-3 different AM's on Peerfly and 3+ on MaxBounty over this time.

Do you guys really go through AM's that frequently?

    Yes, somewhat.

But lots of times they get promoted within the company.

Or they shuffle around the affiliate they have.

I don't know about being fired but most networks have a high turnover rate for affiliate managers. Also because of that there can all be lots of movement within the networks to cover the affiliates.

At PeerFly when you earn a certain amount of money you are moved from an "Account Rep" to an "Affiliate Manager". Essentially, this allows us to make sure the right person is working with you based on your experience

I'm sorry affiliate managers, but I really don't think you guys are very helpful, with the exception of Luke here who I've learned alot from via his blog. Most of my other managers were hopeless, especially at EWA network.. lol

Read the rules -- no affiliate links allowed in posts or sigs.

I was going to say that as well, but I haven't played with CPA enough to actually give the AM a chance. I've only spoken to one and it took forever to get a "yes" or "no" response back! Lol

If you don't have steady traffic going its possible to be shuffled around when you pick up new offers. But I recommend a new manager once every year or 2 just because new managers brings in new ideas for ya.

The AM job isn't really to teach you anything, just so everyone knows what to expect.

Yes so are slower than others.

But the more money you make with them the faster they get.

Well, many quit after they see what the big affiliates are doing and become your competition. But no one talks about that.
