Those are rare, especially with incent. The normal crediting rate is between 10-20% of unique clicks. New offers credit better when they first come out.

A factor, especially with newer sites, can also be that people tend to do offers there that they've already done elsewhere to see if they can get away with it. That makes the conversion rate lower. Also, while your conversion rate may only be 5%, you need to determine whether that's based on total clicks or unique clicks. One user may click an offer 5 times and that will totally skew the conversion rate.

At Campaign Creatives, we periodically send out a 'best crediting' list and those are usually crediting at a conversion rate of at least 20% based on total clicks, so the rate is actually even higher if unique clicks would be used.

Right now I'm at a 0.5% rate across the board. Very annoying. I'm positive some are just clicks, but others I feel are just not crediting.
