How to get out of the Spam box

Hey guys,

So I have a nice list of about 188k but my emails seem to be going to spam I was curious about any info that can help me move out of spam and into the inbox. This was the email that I sent today. I didn't include the aff links bc I don't want to spam the forum I am looking for help.

Hey how's it going? If you're anything like me, when I was first learning about internet marketing, you most likely feel overwhelmed or maybe don't have all the tools to get going.     There are many factors involved in sending emails with high deliverability.

    First, you need to have a good server. You must have several IPs and they can't be blacklisted. The emails need to be sent with the right method (rotating the IPs and providers, etc).

    Second, the message must have good code with more CSS and less images. Also, avoid terms that are constantly used in spam messages such as "offer, deal, exclusive, buy, order, etc".

    Third, your list must be good. If it's not an opt-in list, at least you have to make sure that it contains valid emails, not old or random addresses created by a software.

    Why? Because it reeks of SPAM unfortunately. It might not be, but pretty much any filter is going to pick emails like this up.
