Did BuzzCity just steal my money?

AD NETWORKS

i opened an account with buzzcity and deposited a good amount of money with them via paypal. it showed up in the transactions as it normally wold (advertiser > ads balance page). then a few hours later i check again, and the transaction DISAPPEARED from the transactions page.

why is this? did they just steal my money?

If is Pay Pal you can file a complaint.

it takes 1-2 business days to see deposit in your account.
don't worry they are legit.
