Thanks Warrior Forum on my First $1 made from Mobile PPC!

Big thanks goes out to DavidAtias1 from here on the forum and his thread on Mobile PPC and MobPartner. Haha spent $14 to get that 1 app download that paid $1.18, but hey, it's a good enough sign for me to continue, tweak, and profit. It only took me 3 days to get the tracking right and everything, but slowly I will get there and be sure to give back to the forum in any way possible!

    i just got accepted by mobpartner and i subscribed to some of their campaigns
    got nearly 10 campaigns approved so far, is it easier to promote CPS or CPI anyway? not sure which one to start
    and how to get our custom creatives approved? I remember David said send it to Hugo, may i have his skype? do i need permission for custom creatives first or i just straight away head to fiverr and ask someone to create one for me and submit later? (don't wanna waste $5)

      Hello,
      I can't share Hugo Skype details in public, but you should contact MobPartner support and ask for his Skype ID..
      Anyway, it's doesn't really matter what type of CPA offer you promote, you just need to make sure it's attractive and worth the investment...
      Now, let's talk about the banner, first of all, you need to create the banner(you don't need super fancy attractive banner) and only then you should contact Hugo and ask for permission.
      By the way, you don't have to outsource banner, you can do it by yourself...
      Just watch few YouTube videos that teach the basic of Photoshop and you can do it too

    i have lots of questions still!
    For custom creatives, we prefer image over gif right? I found buzzcity mention that sometimes gif will not be supported and only first frame will be shown
    When we advertise using Buzzcity, where are our ads shown? are them only shown on publishers' apps or mobile web? or both?

      It's shows everything, but you should choose channels.

    1) How should I check these during BuzzCity campaign setup? Check or ignore?
    - Features: WCDMA (UMTS, 3G), Music Player (incl. MP3, ACC, WMA), XHTML Browser, Bluetooth
    - Others: Exclude Proxied-browser Traffic, Exclude Opera Mini Traffic, Exclude UC Browser Traffic, Exclude Ovi (S40), Browser Traffic, Only Opera Mini Traffic
    2) What are Feature Phones? Check or ignore?

    Ok now I know what are Feature Phones, they are older phones before Smartphones, so I guess it is better to uncheck it.
    For question 3, may i know what are "s=" "a=" "p=" "cr="? Is there a full list for such symbols?
    For question 1, I think it is better to check all "Others: Exclude Proxied-browser Traffic, Exclude Opera Mini Traffic, Exclude UC Browser Traffic". But I have no clue about "Features: WCDMA (UMTS, 3G), Music Player (incl. MP3, ACC, WMA), XHTML Browser, Bluetooth"
