Newbie need help on CPA and PPC

I am just brand new in CPA. Trying to promote CPA Offers through PPC

Started with 7 Search. 1st Week was great. This is 2nd week, And Its' going just sucks

I Opened an account with bing 1 week ago. Got banned in no time. They did not tell why. I think because of direct affiliate link. Am I right?

Now I have couple of questions to marketing gurus.

If I create 3/4 landing pages with different domains for different types of offers.
Add my affiliate links in those pages with little description of each offer and do Search ppc to promote my landing page ; Will it still violate Bing's/ Googl's Policy?

For some CPA offers only "Search PPC" is allowed as promotion method. In that case Is my plan valid? Because I am not directly promoting their sales page through Search PPC . I am promoting my landing page and then their sales page.

Please advise

    Which one is better approach?

Creating individula landing page for same type of offers. In that case. Landing page is just 1 page website where affliliate links will be promoted.

Or I should go for creating a website with several pages? Each page is a landing page for same type of offers. I will promote those apges through PPC. There will be no main landing page. Will it violate Googl's / Bing's policy?

As long as you use landing pages you should be alright.

Lots of times I use mini-sites on Bing Ads. If down good it should effect conversions.

A good one page site with enough and effective promotion plus a good call to action should be sufficient. Though you should test what works for you. There is no blanket solution in this, find yours and run with it

Thanks, Right now I am going towards creating a simpe website which will have several landing pages. I am concerned if I promote different landing pages from same same website, Is it okay with google and Bing?

My website will be www.paidandfree.com. I will not promote that url. I will be promoting www.paidandfree.com/freeStuffs something like that. Please help from your rexperience.

What PPC network are you using? Have you tried targeting more specifically ie: specific websites & placements?
