Should i Use Wordpress or HTML Template ?

Last time i used Landing page which is simply a HTML template which i bought from themeforest but regarding the SEO should i go with wordpress or simply optimized my HTML landing page for the CPA offers ?

You can go both, actually. Optimization will take time, Wordpress won't.

in terms of SEO I have found quicker results with Wordpress than HTML although I prefer HTML

Both will probably work fine. If you use a blog I believe you have to include an affiliate disclaimer underneath each post. A blog post is considered word-of-mouth. An affiliate landing page looks more like an advertisement so I believe you don't have to.

Wordpress is great for SEO.

But SEO isn't the fastest of best way to go about promoting CPA offers, unless you have some way to game Google and get a bunch of traffic fast.

  You could use it on your landing or squeeze page.
  
  But you should be also using some sort of tracking like Tracking202/Prosper202 or CPVLab.

Tracking is a must, really. Also I'd suggest you to go Wordpress, for SEO it's easier to manage everything via WP.
