A conversion should be getting tracked when someone submits their email, but it isn't Now i know a lot of scrubbing goes on in these offers, but that should be preventing conversions totally.
I have invested about 15 dollars into a small PPV campaign with a landing page, and must have sent about 40 targeted clicks go a free iPhone 5 email submit offer wits not a single conversion.
So after this I did a test. No I didn't sign up for the offer from my own IP etc. I went on a VPN, used a totally new browser, made sure it'd cache was cleaned, and Imade sure of it all. I tthen signed up for the offer, using an email address which I own which is not similar to any of my other emails whatsoever, and done. Now when I checked my MaxBounty tracking still not a single conversion.
FYI: I would have told my affiliate manager should the conversion have been counted.
So what's the deal here with email submits? In my opinion it's either networks and advertisers are just picking and choosing which leads to accept, the offer doesn't accept leads from unverified affiliates whatsoever, or otherwise they have a specific script set up only to record let's say 20 percent of leads.
What's your opinion on this? Where am I going wrong?
And about the 40 clicks I sent, they were very targeted and the user would have known what to expect on the offer page.
