Now in all probability you got a auto decline reply, Reason can be any one of above. your best bet is to locate any Affiliate Manger at CPA forums, Get in touch and call him/her, AMs are ready to help genuine candidates.

Now, go and take action. If you can not get hold of a AM of a specific network and can not call them, i would suggest stay away from CPA, it is about building long term relationship with networks.

The key that I have found for all of my approvals is that I show command of the conversaiton. Let me explain this is more detail. Most of the time you are speaking to an account exec, that does not know that much about internet marketing. They are looking for key terms of how you are going to promote their offers and not violate any terms of service.

This is what I always say and I have not been turned down to date.

The account exec will ask me how I will promote an offer.

I say that I will look at the various offers and compare the EPC and the conversion rates. Once I select the offer I will conduct my keyword research to find the optimal keywords to drive traffic to the offer. I then setup a separate domain exclusively for the CPA offer that I chose. I then setup website hosting with that domain. 9 times out of 10 I have a basis landing page that is a direct link to the CPA offer. That is how I conduct most of my campaigns. At times if I find a successful keyword, I will invest in PPC advertising to drive even more traffic.

NOTE: What I am showing them here is that I have a process in how I am going to promote their offers, they don't really care as long as you do it within their guidelines.

A lot of the things on your list you need to take care of, like answering your phone and returning calls and such, that is just being professional. Conflicting information, I would guess you put one thing on the app and then say another on the phone. Be honest, don't lie, there are tons of CPA networks to join if you do get turned down, but don't ever lie.

I would set up a basis website that does not show a lot of different techniques to use as your business. Make it look professional and not like an affiliate site. This will certainly show that you are series. Consider setting up a corporation or at least a DBA, so you can say you have a company. This just adds to your professionalism.
