Check out affbeast.com/courses/, the courses are completely free and goes over almost everything about CPA marketing.

Fb ads is more PPC or CPM then media buying. But I guess all types of traffic sources could be called media buying in the big picture.

I agree with Greedy. Most people have an idealized image of what the coaching or mentoring process is like. The amount of time you want or need is not coming from a mentor. All you will be doing is putting money in someone else's pocket.

There are plenty excellent wso's (and some remarkably crappy ones) that will get you started.
