What is the breakdown of browsers among Major PPV network and how they affect CTR

We have put together bunch of campaigns that we were testing out among couple sources but instead of analysing CR and general idea of campaign we have focused on issue that was mentioned couple times on our support and forums.
Which browsers should be considered when creating landing page? Why is it important?
Your landing page may be fully optimised to show up on all browsers but not everyone is considering that it’s worth to test out your landing page and landing page of offer on IE 7.0
