Any great experience with email submit offers?

I have worked on 6-7 email submit offers. All of them convert at the start but after that, just clicks run through them and the money goes away. Although,i am a newbie to marketing but i still doubt these offers as why they convert at start but then no results. So guys, i would really appreciate the experiences in email submit offers.

You've got to be rotating offers a lot with Email Submits.

But just curious how many clicks are you testing them for?

a round about 80-100 clicks....if i get this much clicks but no coversions, i switch...and if 2-3 conversions, i test more. But till now no profitable one. What u mean by rotating?

Just changing though different offers automatically via a script or your tracking.

What kind of tracking are you using?

You want to have split testing and tracking , and see which campaign is profiting for you and then stick to it .
I'm also a newbie in CPA marketing but what i learned here is that cpa marketing is all about split testing and tracking (these two will have a major impact on your success)

I'm never a fan of email submits, they tend to have a high scrub rate, as soon as you can move away from them to other offers I recommend you do

I think you should avoid email submits. There is a high chance that the advertiser will scrub your leads. It's not good for long term business.

Stay away from Email submits if you're somehow serious on this business. You'll never be successful by promoting those kind of offers.

Simply, promote something else, keep emails for yourself(build your own list rather than building someone else's), then promote your offers to that list for long-term income.
