Family&friends who don't support you
A bit off-topic, but I was wondering if you guys had the same problems when you started working selfemployed.
Since a few weeks ago I finally started making really good money online and I wanna keep working on this. My family (and even friends) don't get it, they're totally against it and ask me every day when I'll finally look for a 'real job'. They know how much I've been making with it over the last few weeks (and they also know that it's much more than I could ever make in a normal job), but they don't care. They say 'Be happy that you were so lucky but look for a real job now'. This is really getting on my nerves, that nobody takes me seriously. I wanna keep working on my own projects, if I fail I can still look for a job.
Have you had the same problems with your family and friends? Did they finally accept that you're working for yourself or are they still bothering you with finding a 'real job'? Would love to hear your experiences.
Thanks!!
