Adfonic Tracking

I am having a hard time trying to figure out how to track a MobPartner campaign on Adfonic.
I am direct linking the traffic from adfonic to that mobpartner offer.
All i could find in the adfonic developers wiki was how to install tracking in the app itself(which i cant do, because its not mine), or install tracking on the conversion page - which is also not under my control.
Or maybe i am just too green to find the solution to my problem in the wiki.
Would adding a subid to the clickthrough url work maybe?
If so, could somebody explain to me how exactly that works or point me to a guide thats understandable for newbies?
