Swanky ideas on how to promote an affiliate campaign.

In 8 weeks time I will be launching a product that will use an affiliate campaign. I am not promoting my product here on the forum, as I imagine that is against post rules. However, I would love to hear from all of you as to what makes a good product that makes you money.

How can I orchestrate a planned promotional launch among affiliate networks to get affiliate IM folks like you, interested in selling the product.
Here's what I got so far:
1) 100 dollar per sale.
2) Creatives are professionally done before I launch.
3) Stay interactive with affiliates to create good relationships
4) Advertise on WF Banner Ads
5) Advertise on solo ads of WF mailing lists
6) Join any WF based Affiliate Networks - feel free to point me in the right direction.

Does anyone else have any ideas on how to successfully launch a product on affiliate sales? I imagine that the affiliates have thousands of products to choose from and I want my product out in front. The market size for this is college students in the USA, approximately 16.9 million students. I will enlist college students to tell there friends but I also want pro's in on this too.

    Get a good payment system, so we can trust you tracking wither JVZoo, ClickBank, ect. Affiliate see this and know they can trust things.

    Another thing is have some great e-mail creatives, most affiliate that market on here promote to their email list. So if you have great pre-written letter, they will LOVE that. Also good FREE value that can be given to their list.

    Sales letters are easy, finding good free value is harder.

    Lastly have a good product and sales page, if you product doesn't convert or look good, no one is going to want to have any part of it. That is the #1 factor for many affiliates.

    I don't have an affiliate program for website, but have had lots of people ask because they liked the product. People want quality and good value.
