Hosting? (I know Bevo hosts for you correct? But what about your landing page?)

What is the CPA Network?

These are all factor we need to know to get to the bottom of this.

2.peerfly( but i do not think it peerfly's problem, they have great solutions and friendly network, i am pleased with them)

If your talking about actual clicks to your CPA Network, you should know Bevo tells you ALL Raw clicks (unless you change the setting). Many networks only record unique clicks. It could be because your freq cap is set to 3/10 so the same user is seeing the pop 3 times, or from bots from the traffic source, etc.

If you are talking about your traffic sources giving the wrong click count, it is that the PPV Networks dont actually pop all the pops you get charged for because of the frequent browser updates. Bevo records the amount of times the redirect has been accessed. This happens with several of the PPV Networks.
