1. Do I really have to make my own site? Do I really have to buy a host? Or can I just use a free blog? I only have a very little capital.
You don't have to make your own website. But Free blog will not work. it is better to have a hosting account so that you can promote through landing page. But you can start without your own website.

2. What if I don't know anything about web designing? I don't know how to create a website at all!
To Start you don't need to know. web-designing. Making a simple landing page is not that tough though.

3. What hosting site do you recommend?
If you buy hosting account I use hostgator. I think you can use freehostia for free.

4. I have no sites as of this moment. Does it mean I can't register to any CPA networks?
You can as I got approved from peerfly without having my website. Perfly is very good

5. How can you earn money on CPA?
answer will be very big. To make it simple:
Join in any CPA netwrok. For example " peerfly
Choose a product
Advertise that product through (PPC, PPV etc)
If people take action (Buy, Sign up etc) you will earn

Ask questions here and read other threads. Most probably all of your answers already answered in this forum

1. In order to be really successful, you will probably want to have a domain for tracking and a domain for hosting your landing pages. Yes, you COULD start without them but it will be rather difficult. Lack of capital can be a big obstacle when starting with CPA, so maybe focus on free traffic methods with CPA first to get some money, then go from there.

2. Learn how to do it, it's not that difficult. Also, there are plenty of landing page tools out there to help you create them.

3. Tons of hosting reviews in another subforum here, just check those out. Or, since money is a factor for you, look to see if anyone has a hosting deal running currently.

4. You can apply to CPA networks without a website. It makes it harder for them to approve you but I personally approve people without websites all the time.

5. You earn money by getting people to complete the necessary action for the offer. You can get people to do that through a variety of means, but usually paid traffic sources like CPC, media buys and PPV traffic are the most popular.

7. You can probably use your old domain, there isn't a reason why you shouldn't be able to at least. But mobile CPA has some different factors that go into it so if you're not comfortable with the way CPA works I might suggest not diving into mobile right away. Although it can be cheaper and less competitive.

Jinnah has answered it perfectly. About promoting product via PPC/PPV you need to go further deep.
Search about what type of product you must choose to promote. Whats the criteria to select it. And how to promote. You will get plenty of resources.

You can use wordpress / blogpost. Having your own domain and hosting definitely helps

There are many methods and each one has its own way of working. More than the method, it is about doing it correctly and repeating it. Get a mentor,it helps.

In order to start look for CPA methods on this very forum and start implementing them yourself. Post questions and look for answers if you have doubts. Almost everyone who is successful with CPA started in this manner. The key is patience and focus. Hope you succeed!

Yes, you need your own hosting and own site. Or you can try direct linking at first, but it doesn't typically convert as well.

Google around and take time to learn it, you will need knowledge of HTML and CSS.

No! You don't need to make any website if you use paid traffic such as PPV, PPC, PoF, Media Buys etc. But hosting is what you really need because you need to find a place to install your tracking software in order to track your visitor's stat. If you have a little budget, I'd suggest you to try a free blog and using SEO to monetize it. Anyway, SEO takes time and lots of effort so I don't like it lol

If you use paid traffic, you can use Direct Link method and don't need to design anything. Just test and track. But if you want to monetize your blog using SEO, many free blog services have many themes available for you.

No, it doesn't! There are many affiliate networks out there welcome newbies! You just need to show them you really want to work with them. These networks are PeerFly, WolfStormMedia, AdWorksMedia, etc!

I tried mobile for a while and found that the traffic volume is very high and tracking software can't handle that flood of traffic. I think most of mobile marketers use Direct Linking method and mobile tracking software called iMobiTrax? I'm not sure about that but I don't think you need to use a new domain name.
