Question about dating offers

It seems a lot of the dating offers the CPA networks have to offer belong to the same company. i.e., Jewcier/Matchmaking or DateFirst/Date Agency. Should I even bother promoting for two offers if they belong to the same company? Why would they pay for a lead if they can just pull from their other website?

There are many verticals, Online dating is a very close circle, so there are very limited companies under many small companies.

Lots of dating sites will run under one umbrella but have smaller niche sites to cater to different audiences. See what you can do with each as they all cater to different audiences.

A good example of this would be if you were going to setup ad campaigns through Plenty of Fish or Facebook Ads. You can target people based on their "interests" and religious beliefs.

Lots of stuff to play around with in the dating niche, but also very competitive on the major brands.

      Thanks Money,

But my real question is the counting of leads. Say if a person I refer signs up on Matchmaking.com with an email, then a few days later signs up with Jewcier.com with the same email. Do I get credit for both since both dating sites fall under one company? You would think their databases are linked to scrub for dupes. I ask this question because it seems I am not converting as much these days compared to last month.

Yes, you should get paid for both. Jewcier is targeting a different demographic than Matchmaking so they are assuming most people won't sign up for both, but they get value from each user regardless as long as they DOI or log in, so they will usually pay out with each site being differently.

Also, I'm not sure if it would even be possible to auto-scrub like that, basically, one website would have to access the database of the other website, on the fly, to check if the address already exists in the system on any of the sites, and then prevent the pixel from firing if so. If the form itself still completes/submits, I don't know if they could automatically scrub that.

They want more than data, they want the user to sign up.

Even if you send them data they may already have, you maybe be getting one of their past user to sign up for a new service of theirs.

    Hope that makes sense.

You should be paid for it but It depends on what terms and condition that company gives you. so it's better to ask them.
