Search around this forum and you will find a lot of great information..
Earning through CPA is not as hard as many people believe, you just need to find a method and stick with it..all the methods you will find in here work, you just need to apply them coin the right way!

I work with Neverblue, MaxBounty and AdWorkMedia and works good for me.
For me is important that those networks pays me for what I earn and all the other I take care.

PeerFly, MaxBounty, and PointClickTrack are all great.

As far as how to earn from CPA offers...there are a lot of different methods. Try to search around and find one that sounds interesting to you and stick with it. Also depends if you want to start with free traffic or paid traffic.

Meh. I disagree with picking a network first. Use something like offervault:
Affiliate Marketing - Find the Best Affiliate Programs and CPA Offers from OfferVault

Find an offer you like, then sign up for that network. Fairly straightforward.

Well I wouldn't say it's just that simple. To me it's very important to work with a very professional network that has great customer support. For example, I signed up with one network because I found an offer on OfferVault and they do have great reviews, but I have been trying to get in contact with an affiliate manager for almost a month now. Tried to contact them multiple times via Skype, phone, and email with no response. I was approved by them, but just because of this I haven't even used them yet.

So yes OfferVault is great to find offers, but you still want to make sure the customer support is good...especially for someone new. The networks most people listed above have great support.
