  You really don't need tutorial, just few real case study and all the rest is on you. Start do split testing and track your campaign. Soon or later you will get results. If results are positive, ok, scale it. If are negative, depend on you and what kind of fighter you are to don't get demoralized.

  paid traffic: ppc, ppv, media buying, etc tec

I'd say kensters rags to riches is a great intro. Once you ready that then start to research specific traffic sources and techniques.
