Some Tracking Problems in prosper202

I have problems tracking my converted leads in prosper202. Firstly, I am running offers from w4 and neverblue and my leads used to appear in my tracking software. But now they can't even track any converted leads and I don't know why. Any idea how do I solve that problem? I have added the pixels from my prosper into my offers already. Not sure why is that so.

Anyone have faced that problem before and manage to solve it?

Try recreating the pixels and resubmitting them for the offers

I had another Prosper user contact me today saying he was having the same issue. I figured it might be some issue on the advertiser's end. But... If you're running campaigns across multiple offers and multiple networks and there's no conversion data at all coming in, There may be something else going on

Wilsonljx, what type of conversion tracking do you have set up, tracking pixels or postback URLs? I know the person who contacted me earlier was getting conversion data into prosper by manually importing subids.

I'm the Prosper user MTVida mentioned and I started having that problem around September 21. I'm experiencing this with offers from PF. Before that, my conversions tracked in Prosper just fine. Now, they're not. I have to manually enter the subids to get them to show. I just recreated my postback URL and added it to PF again to see if that helps. It was suggested to me that the problem could be due to Prosper being on a subdomain, which it always has been. But as I say, my conversions tracked just fine up until recently.

So you were saying I should recreate my postback url and it works? Or is it just because there are other reasons?

I recreated my postback URL and it's still not working. I still have to manually enter the subids in Prosper in order for the conversions to show.

PPC-Coach, can you expand on the possible hosting issue?

One more question for you wilsonjx: Do you have prosper set up on a subdomain? I've personally never had issues with subdomains, but soserious was told by his AM that it may be the issue for him.

I may be having the same problem between Prosper202 on Beyond Hosting and Peerfly. I'm using the Global Postback url. What I don't get is that I can fire the postback on my browser bar and Prosper202 gets it with no problem. If I had nothing else to go on, I would think it was Peerfly that wasn't firing the postback.

Oh, I have Prosper202 set up in a Beyond Hosting subdomain. I can't imagine a better way to do it unless you're thinking it needs its own domain. Surely not.

I was using postback url. It was working a few days ago and I am not sure why the pixels doesn't fire anymore.

Sounds like a hosting issue to me. Has anything changed with your host?

I'm with Beyond Hosting and an email regarding multiple DDOS attacks across the network and their solutions to prevent those attacks going forward was sent on September 25.
